Purpose of this document

This notice sets out the terms on which novascriptsolutions.com is published, and the limits of the reliance a visitor should place on it.

The site is an informational and commercial presentation of a software development studio. Nothing is sold through it, no payment is taken, no account is created and no service is delivered through it. Its only interactive element is the enquiry form on the contact page.

Content and its accuracy

The descriptive content here — the services, the way work is scoped, the checklists and the explanatory material — is prepared in good faith and describes general professional practice. It is not advice about any particular situation and takes no account of anything specific to your organisation, your software or your obligations.

Nothing on this site is a quotation, an estimate, an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to perform work. No price, rate or contractual timescale appears anywhere on it, and none should be inferred from a description of how work is normally carried out. Any commercial commitment would arise only from a separate written agreement.

Where the material describes how long something tends to take, or how quickly a class of problem can usually be resolved, it is describing general professional experience of the discipline and not undertaking to perform to that standard for you.

The checklists

Several pages publish checklists — a pre-release testing list, a brief-preparation list, a support-agreement list. They are offered as general guidance you may apply to your own software at your own discretion, internally, without attribution.

They are not exhaustive, they are not a substitute for a competent assessment of your particular system, and following one guarantees no outcome. Where a decision carries legal, regulatory or safety consequences, treat them as a starting point for a conversation rather than as a conclusion.

Intellectual property

The text, structure, layout and original graphics of this site are protected by copyright. You may read it, print from it, save copies for your own reference, and quote short extracts elsewhere with attribution and a link.

You may not republish the content as your own or as another organisation's, reproduce a substantial part of it on another site or in another medium, or present the material as written by someone else. Any third-party trade mark or name appearing here remains the property of its owner.

Availability

The site is published as a static website and no guarantee is made about continuous availability. It may be unavailable during maintenance or because of a failure at the hosting provider, and no undertaking about uptime is given or implied.

Pages may be changed, restructured or withdrawn without notice. No guarantee of permanence is given for any URL on this site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the applicable law permits, no liability is accepted for loss arising from reliance on the general information published here, from applying a published checklist to a particular system, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Complaints and corrections

If something here is factually wrong, or if you believe content on this site infringes a right of yours, the enquiry form is the route to say so. A report naming the specific page and the specific statement is one that can be acted on.

Changes to this notice

The version of this notice in force is always the one published on this page. It is revised when the way the site operates changes, and a change affecting what a visitor may do with the content is made here before it takes effect.

What this site is not

It is worth stating the negatives, because a professional-services site is read by people trying to work out what they are dealing with.

This is not a marketplace, a directory or a platform: nothing is listed here on anyone else's behalf and no third party's services are resold. It is not a publisher of advice for a fee, and nothing here is gated behind a payment or a sign-up. It hosts no user accounts, no user-submitted content, no comments and no forum, so there is no moderation policy to describe and no user-generated material for which responsibility would have to be allocated.

It also does not process transactions. No card details, bank details or payment credentials are collected anywhere on this site, and no page should ever ask you for them. A page on this domain that appears to request payment information is not part of this site and should be treated as a phishing attempt.

Security of this website

The site is served over HTTPS only, and a request over plain HTTP is redirected to the encrypted equivalent. Security response headers are set at the edge, including a content security policy that restricts where scripts, styles, images, fonts and form submissions may go. The policy restricts form submission to this site's own origin, so the enquiry form cannot be redirected to post somewhere else.

There is no login, no session and no user account, which removes the category of risk that credential handling would introduce. No third-party JavaScript executes on any page, so no external code can read what you type into the form.

None of this makes a website invulnerable, and no claim to that effect is made. If you believe you have found a vulnerability affecting this site, the enquiry form is the route to report it; a report describing what you did and what you observed is more useful than a scanner's output.

How to read the material here

The service pages are written to be useful to someone who has not decided to buy anything, including someone who will decide to do the work in-house or with another supplier. The checklists and comparisons are deliberately usable in that way.

That means the material is framed as general professional practice rather than as a description of guaranteed results. Where a page says what usually happens, or what a class of problem usually turns out to be, it is describing tendencies in the discipline. Your own case may be the exception, and only an assessment of your actual situation can tell you whether it is.

Where a page refers to the law — data protection, accessibility standards, consumer rights — it is a plain-language summary written for orientation, not a statement of your legal position. Obligations differ by jurisdiction and by sector, and the summaries here cannot account for yours.
