Scope

These terms govern your use of novascriptsolutions.com — reading the site, and submitting the enquiry form on the contact page. They do not govern any work later agreed, which would be the subject of a separate written agreement.

Using the site indicates acceptance of these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site; nothing here requires you to agree to anything in order to leave.

Permitted use

You may read the site, print from it, and save copies for your own reference and for the ordinary purposes of evaluating whether to make an enquiry. You may quote short extracts elsewhere with attribution and a link.

You may apply the checklists published on the service pages to your own software, internally, without restriction or attribution. They are written to be used that way, and using one without ever making an enquiry is a legitimate outcome.

Restrictions

You may not republish this site's content as your own or as another organisation's, reproduce a substantial part of it elsewhere, present the material as written by someone else, or use automated means to copy the site at a scale that interferes with its operation.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or the systems serving it, probe or test its defences, introduce malicious code, or use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages, automated submissions, or content that is unlawful or abusive. Submissions that fill the form's hidden field are discarded as automated.

The enquiry form

Send only what is necessary to describe your enquiry. Do not send confidential information, credentials, personal data about other people, or anything subject to an obligation of secrecy: the form is an ordinary contact channel, not a secure transfer route, and your submission is stored in a collector shared across this operator's websites. The privacy policy sets out exactly where it goes and who can read it.

Submitting the form creates no obligation on either side. It does not oblige the operator to reply, to quote, or to accept work, and it does not oblige you to proceed with anything. A reply is not an offer capable of acceptance unless it says so in terms.

No commitment or offer

Acceptable use of the enquiry form

The form exists so that someone with a genuine enquiry can describe it. Using it for anything else is a misuse of the site and the following are specifically not permitted.

Sending unsolicited commercial offers, recruitment approaches, link-exchange requests, search-engine or marketing solicitations, or any automated or bulk submission. Sending content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights. Sending malicious payloads, attempted injections or anything designed to probe how the receiving system behaves.

Submissions that fill the form's hidden field are discarded automatically and receive no reply. A discarded submission is not stored by this site.

What you should not send

Do not send information you would be harmed by losing control of. In particular: passwords or access credentials of any kind; card, bank or payment details; personal data about other people, including your own customers, staff or patients; anything covered by a non-disclosure agreement; and anything subject to professional or statutory secrecy.

The reason is practical rather than legalistic. A submission is stored in a collector shared across the several websites this operator runs, and anyone with access to that shared store can read it. The privacy policy sets this out in full, and it is repeated here because the consequence belongs in the terms as well: material sent through this form should be material you are content to have sitting in an ordinary business record.

If your enquiry genuinely requires confidential detail, say so in general terms and ask for a route that suits it. Describing a problem at the level of "a system that holds patient records" is almost always enough to scope a job, without any of the records themselves.

Suspension of access

Access to this site may be restricted for a source that attacks it, floods it with automated requests, or abuses the enquiry form as described above. Because there is no account, such a restriction operates at the network level and is not a decision about an individual.

No notice is given before a restriction of this kind, because the traffic it responds to is automated. If you believe your access has been restricted in error, and you can still reach the site by another route, the enquiry form is the way to say so.

Severability and entire terms

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force and the unenforceable provision is treated as modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

These terms, together with the legal notice, the privacy policy and the cookie policy published on this site, are the whole of the terms governing your use of this website. They do not govern any separate agreement for work, and where a written agreement for work says something different, that agreement prevails in respect of the work it covers.
